The Dealmaker is an armor item obtained after defeating Spamton NEO through ACTing in the normal route. If Spamton is defeated by fighting, the Puppet Scarf is obtained instead.

The Dealmaker gives +5 DF and +5 Magic, and can be equipped by any party member. It reduces damage from Cat/Puppet attacks by 40%, most notably Spamton NEO-related bullets as well as some bullets by Tasque and Tasque Manager. It also gives the ability to increase the Dark Dollars gained from any encounter by 30%. It cannot be sold.

In Chapter 2, the Dealmaker is the strongest armor available.

Trivia

• The item's description seems to suggest these are Spamton's own glasses, or a duplicate of them.
  • In Chapter 3, the Dealmaker will leave your pocket after Mr. Tenna's secret pipis is found by the players. The Dealmaker then turns into Spamton and has a special dialogue interaction with Mr. Tenna, implying that the Dealmaker, similar to Jevil and the Devilsknife, may be Spamton himself.
• Susie's flavor text when equipping the Dealmaker makes a reference to EarthBound's Runaway Five, where one of the members staying in the Chaos Theater sings "Money, that's what I want".
